  • Some features require a paid Pro subscription billed through Apple or Google.
  • Prices, trials, and renewal terms are shown at purchase and managed by the app store.
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate others’ rights.
  • Submit content you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated means to scrape or overload the service without permission.

6. AI-generated content

Quiz output is generated automatically and may contain errors. QuizzyyAI is a study aid, not a substitute for professional instruction, medical advice, legal advice, or official exam materials. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

7. Intellectual property

The QuizzyyAI name, branding, app design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of study material you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability
