Request data deletion
You can ask us to delete cloud-synced study data, device records, and support submissions associated with your QuizzyyAI app usage.
What we delete
- Device identifier and sync records on our servers
- Cloud-stored quiz and flashcard JSON linked to your device
- Support messages and attachments you submitted
- Subscription entitlement flags stored on our backend (billing history remains with Apple/Google)
What stays on your device
Local app data (quizzes saved on-device, settings) is removed when you uninstall the app or clear app storage in your device settings. You can do that immediately without contacting us.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You may receive a confirmation email if you provide an address below.
